SUPPORT FOR THE DUNN FAMILY

At lunchtime on day one, Surrey’s Matt Dunn and a team of runners will be arriving at the ground having run from Lord’s this morning.

Matt and his family are fundraising for Dravet Syndrome UK in memory of their daughter Florence who tragically passed away in May – aged just two-years-old. The Dunn family are covering 5k every day in May to raise funds and awareness of the condition.

We ask everyone in the ground today to stay in their seats during the start of the lunch interval to welcome Matt and the runners to the ground and show their support.

During this week’s game, Surrey are partnering with Dravet Syndrome UK to increase awareness of the condition. The charity is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Dravet Syndrome through support, education and medical research. They supported Florence, and the Dunn family, throughout her life with the condition.

Donate to the Dunn family’s fundraising for Dravet Syndrome UK here.
