Surrey CCC will remember Graham Thorpe during the Vitality County Championship fixture against Lancashire at the Kia Oval starting on Thursday.

Both sets of players will wear black armbands and there will be a minute’s silence at 10:55 before play on the first day of the match.

A book of condolences has been opened by the Club and will be available for both Members and non-Members to sign during all four days of the game. If supporters would like to sign the book, please go to the Pavilion reception during the game.

There is also a space to lay flowers on the Pavilion forecourt next the John Edrich Gate, where there is a portrait of Graham attached to the gates.

The images of Surrey Club Captains Rory Burns and Amy Gordon that face the Pavilion Forecourt have also been replaced by two images of Graham Thorpe from his Surrey and England playing days.
