Surrey travel down the A303 to face Somerset in what promises to be a mouth-watering encounter in the west country.

Surrey sit top of the South Group, with Somerset sitting third as both teams look to book their place in the quarterfinals.

Somerset won the 2023 competition, after knocking Surrey out at the semi-final stage before going on to beat Essex Eagles in the final.

The Three Feathers beat Somerset in their first home match of the season by 57 runs on a day in which the ball shone more than the bat. Surrey were all out for what seemed an under-par 163. Surrey’s bowlers shone as the champions were dismissed for 106. Spencer Johnson (2/15), Sean Abbott (3/8) and Tom Curran (3/16) were too much for the Somerset batting order.

The match will be streamed live on Somerset’s YouTube channel, with a link posted on the Surrey Match Centre. Surrey’s social media channels will keep you up to date with goings on at Taunton, with a report and highlights published at the end of play.
