Surrey’s Bryony Smith and Alice Capsey have been named in the England A squad for three T20’s and three ODI’s against Australia A
Smith and Capsey are joined in the squad by South East Stars teammates Alice Davidson-Richards, Freya Davies and Paige Scholfield.
Surrey’s Jonathan Batty will coach the England A side against Australia A in three T20s on June 21, 23 and 25 followed by three 50-over matches on June 28 and 30 and July 2. The final ODI takes place at Guildford CC on Sunday 2 July.
England Women Head of Performance Pathways, Richard Bedbrook said: “The A-side pushed the full Australian team hard during the three-day warm up and with a number of quality individual performances, we’re very excited to continue competing across the T20 format against the Australian A-side.
