Surrey Second XI fixtures have been confirmed for the upcoming 2024 season, with the team to play in the four-day 2nd XI Championship and T20 competition.
Surrey will compete in the Second XI Championship – a four day red ball competition, plus the Second XI T20 competition that will be played at a similar time to the Vitality Blast.
The Three Feathers begin the competitive season with three consecutive Second XI Championship matches against Sussex (Guildford), Kent (Guildford), Middlesex (LSE) before the T20 competition begins. Surrey return to red-ball action in June against Glamorgan and Hampshire at LSE.
Surrey will host Sussex, Middlesex, Essex, Kent and Hampshire in the T20 comp – with all games being played at LSE. The Second XI travel to Sussex (Horsham), Kent (Polo Farm, Canterbury), Hampshire (Utilita Bowl), Middlesex (Richmond CC) and Essex (Garon Park, Southend).
The Second XI campaign culminates with three away matches at Yorkshire (York), a combined XI between Essex and Kent (Billericay) and finally at Warwickshire (Portland Road, Edgbaston).
Surrey will kick off the season with a two-day friendly against Hampshire from April 8 at the Utilita Bowl.
