Talented in all departments of the game, Monaghan is an exciting addition to the group

Seam-bowling allrounder Alice Monaghan was part of Southern Vipers’ successful campaign in the 2020 Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Trophy. She was a regular in the Vipers team, playing 47 times for the Southampton-based side. Monaghan impressed in the double-header at the Kia Oval at the beginning of June 2024, when she hit an attacking 44* off just 33 balls.

The lower-order batter has also played in the last three editions of the Hundred, representing London Spirit in the first two years before playing for Manchester Originals in the 2024 competition.

Monaghan developed through the Hampshire pathway, first representing the county at U13 level and turned professional in 2023 when the regional centres expanded their staff of salaried cricketers.
