Your Safety In and Around the Ground

The Kia Oval takes the safety and security of all guests very seriously and as such, there will be enhanced security measures in place for all our events.

When arriving to the ground by foot, please use the pedestrian crossings at both the Vauxhall and Oval end of the ground as the roads are very busy. If you arrive using TfL’s London Santander Cycles, please ensure that you park them in the allocated docking stations. If you use any other alternative cycle-hire scheme, please also park these in an appropriate position away from the roads.

We strongly advise that all fans arrive to the ground early to avoid any delays in entering. The gates will be open 2 hours prior to the start of play.

Please be aware of the risks of cricket balls entering the stands from the field of play. We ask that all fans stay vigilant of airborne cricket balls whilst in their seat and in the vicinity of the playing field. It is also important for fans to be cautious of ball games when walking around the concourse of the ground, particularly during breaks in play.

We also suggest wearing comfortable and sensible footwear, as the ground has many stairs and changes of level.

Club Shop

The Surrey County Cricket Club Shop is located in the Galadari Stand and can be accessed from the concourse level.

There is an additional Club Shop located at Entrance 32 as well as in the Jardine Suite underneath the JM Finn Stand, at the back of Block 11.

All Club Shops have step-free access and are wheelchair friendly.

In addition to featuring the full range of Surrey Castore kit, Castore Training Wear, and merchandise for men, women, and children, the Club Shop also stocks England’s Castore range for International fixtures.

All Club Shops are open on match-days and close 30 minutes after the last ball has been bowled.

Food & Drink

There are many food and drink outlets around the ground with the majority offering vegetarian and vegan food options, as well as children’s portions.

On T20 match-days, the Kia Oval has a food village at the Vauxhall End of the ground featuring some of London’s finest street food vendors.

Surrey County Cricket Club Members can enjoy the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within the Members’ Pavilion and the M.A.R. Galadari stand on a match-day.

Please note that the Kia Oval is a cashless venue. Please bear this in mind before attending a match-day.

Emergency cords are situated in all accessible toilets.

The majority of our catering points have been adapted to offer low level service points. Where these are not available, our staff will be more than happy to source any product for you.

Induction loops have been installed in a number of the seating blocks in the ground. In addition, all receptions, tickets offices and a number of catering outlets also have this facility. Switching your hearing aid to M or T can access the system.
