The Kia Oval will host the first-ever Vitality Blast Women’s Finals Day next season following confirmation of the 2025 domestic finals dates and venues.

Women’s Finals Day will be on Sunday 27 July 2025 at the Home of T20 Cricket and if you’re interested in securing your place for the inaugural competition please click here.

Women’s Finals Day will see the top three sides from the group stage progress, with the first-placed finisher going straight into the final and the second and third placed teams playing an eliminator in the first game of the day.

Surrey will be one of eight teams competing in the newly aligned women’s competition that will see the new, fully professional Tier One teams compete home and away for the right to make it to Finals Day.

Surrey have been the most active team so far, signing up 13 players including Bryony Smith, who will lead the side.

Steve Elworthy, Chief Executive at Surrey CCC, said “As soon as we knew that there was an opportunity to host the Vitality Blast Women’s Finals Day, we made it clear that we would be honoured to be the inaugural venue. There’s a storied history of women’s cricket at the Kia Oval and we’ve seen outstanding attendances for England women’s fixtures in recent years.

“We will be doing our best to put on a real show and, of course, I hope to see the Surrey side walk out at their home ground on the 27th July.”

Vitality Blast Men’s Finals Day will be hosted by Edgbaston on Saturday 13 September, 2025.

Supporters who want to secure a place at Vitality Blast Women’s Finals Day on Sunday 27 July, 2025, can register their interest from now via this link.

Both Vitality Blast Men’s and Women’s Finals Day will be televised on Sky Sports and available for listeners on BBC Radio.

Last week it was announced that the men’s and women’s domestic T20 and 50-over competitions will next season be fully aligned for the first time with Vitality and Metro Bank the title sponsors.

That will include the Tier 2 women’s competitions, which will be known as the Vitality Blast Women’s League 2 and the Metro Bank One Day Cup Women’s League 2.

The Metro Bank One-Day Cup Men’s Final will be staged at Trent Bridge on Saturday 20 September with the Utilita Bowl to host the first Metro Bank One-Day Cup Women’s Final on Sunday 21 September.

The County Ground, Northampton is to host the Vitality Blast Women’s League 2 Finals Day on Saturday 26 July with the Metro Bank One-Day Cup Women’s League 2 final scheduled for Visit Worcestershire New Road on Sunday 14 September.

The Disability Premier League Final is also set to again be played in September to cap a busy month of domestic finals.

The first piece of domestic silverware on offer for the season will be the inaugural ECB Women’s T20 County Cup – a new knock-out cup competition consisting of teams from all three tiers of the expanded women’s domestic structure – with Finals Day hosted by the Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton on Monday 26 May.
