For all cricket fans lucky enough to be successful in the Kia Oval Ballot for tickets to the 2021 India Test and the ODI with Sri Lanka, it’s almost time to book your seats.
As of 9am on Thursday 10th December until 5pm on Monday 14th December, you’ll be able to purchase tickets for both the England v Sri Lanka ODI on Thursday 1st July and England v India Test between Thursday 2nd – Monday 6th September at the Kia Oval.
You are eligible to buy up to four tickets for the ODI and four tickets for the Test. Members of Surrey County Cricket Club have already secured tens of thousands of tickets for the 2021 Internationals at the Kia Oval, and therefore availability for all days of the Test can not be guaranteed to ballot winners.
How To Prepare For Thursday
If you have purchased online with us before, you will not need to create an account and you should use the email address to which your confirmation email was sent to log in on.
If you have NOT purchased online with us before, you will need to activate your account before purchasing. Please activate your Surrey ticketing account using your Client Reference Number which is in the confirmation email you should have received. It is strongly advised that you activate your account before the on-sale date and you must do this with the email address and surname you used to enter the ballot.
Have your method of payment ready – There is no booking fee when purchasing tickets with us, applying to both debit and credit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Step-By-Step Guide To Buying
Click here to go to our Ticketing Homepage – Scroll down and click on ‘view availability’ next to the relevant fixture (and Day where applicable). Then click ‘Find Tickets’.
2) You will now be on a log-in page – Enter your registered email address (above) and password in the boxes provided.
Forgotten your password? – Click on the ‘forgotten password’ link and enter your email address; a new password will be sent to you. Please do not create a new account, as you will need your existing account to access tickets. Simply re-set your password.
3) Once you have logged in, you will see the matches available for you to purchase.
4) Select the match for which you would like to purchase tickets and a ground map will appear
5) Using the ground map, select your preferred Stand Block for your selected match/Day
6) Select the amount of tickets and type of ticket(s), for example adult/junior (under 16)
7) Click ‘Add to Basket’ and follow the transaction instructions to complete your purchase
Want To Make Sure You’re Sat With Family and Friends?
There is a My Network functionality on our eTicketing site that allows you to search for a friend’s customer code, and secure tickets on their behalf.
Ahead of Tuesday, log on / create account, click ‘my account’ (top right) then ‘my network’ and search for your friend by customer code or email address.
Once connected, change permissions from default ‘allow to ASSIGN tickets’ to ‘allow to MANAGE tickets’. This sends the other person a request via email, which they need to accept and then will let you buy their tickets with yours in one transaction.
To buy, select and add both their number of tickets and yours to your basket. You will be notified on check-out that you have too many and need to reassign some. Click ‘reassign’ next to the ticket and this will bring up the list of people in your network. Reassign a number of tickets to someone else and you will be good to proceed to buy.
