Reporting Discrimination
We stand against discrimination in all its forms and are committed to ensuring that cricket is a game for everyone. If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination you can report it either direct to the Club at equality@surreycricket.com and/or through the ECB’s website: https://www.ecb.co.uk/reporting-discrimination. Any reports will then be triaged by the ECB and investigated by the relevant cricket organisation.
Matters for General Committee
The elected members of the General Committee can be seen on www.kiaoval.com/about-surrey-cricket/officers-presidents. For matters which you believe should be raised at the General Committee on behalf of the Membership, please email gc@surreycricket.com. These matters will be received by members of the General Committee.
Whistle Blowing
The Club is committed to the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Any concerns or suspicions relating to inappropriate conduct and wrongdoing (that have occurred, are ongoing, or are likely to occur) can be reported, in confidence, to:
Internally
If relevant, please raise the issue with the County Welfare Officer, Heidi Langrish at cwo@surreycricket.com; or Chief Executive Officer, Steve Elworthy at selworthy@surreycricket.com.
If you are uncomfortable raising your concern with executives of the Club then you can also contact the Club’s Honorary Treasurer, Martin Eadon on treasurer@surreycricket.com . Martin sits on both the General Committee and the Club’s Management Board and is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Externally
Safecall provides an independent confidential reporting line where you can raise your concerns. Calls are handled by skilled staff and will be treated in complete confidence. Safecall will not disclose your name if you wish to remain anonymous.

Your allegation will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation. Should you be dissatisfied with the response you receive you should contact Public Concern at Work on 0207 404 6609 or whistle@pcaw.org.uk.
