Our vision for The ACE Programme is to create a scalable model that has the ability to be replicated across other London boroughs and by other counties and cities.
We want to influence the bigger conversation and demonstrate that it is possible to open up the performance pathway to wider and diverse communities.
Our initial focus over the first term of the programme will be to target the African and Caribbean communities, however the long-term vision as the systems are established and effective is for the ACE Academy to evolve into an environment that supports talent from other underrepresented groups. We will be focussing on using the powerful platforms of social media and the traditional media to create influence, sharing key insights, impact reports, learnings and the stories of the participants and community.
Our strap-line moving forwards will be:
