Below is all of the key information that you need ahead of the Royal London x ACE One-Day International between England and India at The Kia Oval. We hope that you enjoy the match!

The weather forecast for Tuesday’s fixture is above 30° heat all day. Please prepare appropriately. There are plenty of water fountains located around the ground and both hats and sunscreen will be available in the Club Shop.

Tickets for this fixture are sold out.

If you have purchased tickets, please follow the below instructions to download them ahead of arriving at the ground:

1. Log-into your online account here
2. Under the heading ‘Upcoming’, click ‘View’ next to the fixture that you would like to download the tickets for
3. If on a desktop, click ‘Access Ticket’ next to the ticket that you would like to download. If on a mobile device, click ‘Mobile Ticket’
4. Your ticket(s) will then show on screen
5. Then from here you have option to save it to your phone/print it

We advise all attendees to download their tickets ahead of arriving to improve their experience entering the ground.

TRAVEL

By Car
No match-day parking is available at, or in the vicinity, of the ground and we advise all fans to use public transport.

By National Rail
The Kia Oval is located just a ten-minute walk from Vauxhall station, served by South Western Railway trains coming in and out of Waterloo.

By London Underground
Vauxhall Underground station is on the Victoria line, with services every few minutes, and just six minutes walk from the JM Finn Stand End of the ground.

Oval and Kennington Underground stations are both on the Northern line and just a few minutes from the Pavilion End of the ground. Please note that the Northern Line between Moorgate and Kennington is now running again.

By Bus
Route numbers 36, 185 and 436 stop outside the ground and the following buses stop within a five-minute walk of the Kia Oval: 3, 59, 109, 133, 159, 333. For more information, and to plan your journey using TfL, click here.

FOOD AND DRINK

A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at many bars around the ground. Change Please Coffee, who serve a variety of hot drinks, are located near the Bedser Stand, in the Kerb Food Village and in the Galadari Stand concourse.

A range of hot and cold food will also be available, with a number of food vendors on site including: Deep Blue (Fish & Chips), Louisiana Street Food, Crispy Duck (Duck Wraps), Oh My Dog (Hot Dogs), Gamekeeeper (Game Burgers), Brilliant Punjab (Curry Wraps) and many more.

The Kerb Food Village will be located by the Alec Stewart Gate and will house Kol Katj (Indian Kebab), Curry on Naanstop (Curry Wraps) and Only Jerkin (Jerk Chicken).

All vendors serve a selection of Halal, Vegan and Vegetarian dishes (except Bob’s Lobster).

ACCESSIBILITY

As we are constantly striving to improve our standards, facilities and attitudes accordingly, we have launched a non-visible disability wristband. This optional wristband will enable fans with a non-visible disability to easily identify themselves to Club staff on match-day, should they need any assistance, without having to give an explanation or the nature of their disability. Staff can then support the individual in the appropriate way.

Scorecards are available from the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion reception and the Club Shop on request. These are free of charge.

FIRST AID

First aid services are provided on-site at every match day at The Kia Oval. If you require first aid assistance whilst at the ground, please contact your nearest steward or go to our first aid centre located behind Block A of the JM Finn Stand and between Entrance 32 and 33 of the Bedser Stand. The what3words address for the First Aid Room is ///paying.points.voices.

TOILETS

There are many toilets located all around the perimeter of the ground, with baby changing facilities located behind Block 1, 13 and 19 of the JM Finn Stand.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has implemented a ban on the importation of alcohol, glass containers and metal cans. Following close consultation with the Police and Health and Safety advisors, alcohol will not be permitted on the following match-days: Test Match, One-Day International, Vitality Blast and The Hundred.

The weather forecast is predicting 30° heat and all attendees are encouraged to bring suitable water bottles into the ground, as water fountains are located in numerous places around the concourse.

REPORTING DISCRIMINATION

We stand against discrimination in all its forms and are committed to ensuring that cricket is a game for everyone. Should you see or hear any discriminatory behaviour at the ODI, please report this to the nearest steward.

If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination you can report it either direct to the Club at equality@surreycricket.com and/or through the ECB’s website: https://www.ecb.co.uk/reporting-discrimination. Any reports will then be triaged by the ECB and investigated by the relevant cricket organisation.

Some general FAQs can be seen below. On the day, if you have any issues, please visit one of the Kia Ambassadors located either at an Information Desk or around the ground. Our Kia Ambassadors are in branded white t-shirts.

Can I smoke?

There are designated smoking areas around The Kia Oval, located at the back of the stands. Please ask your nearest steward or staff member for directions to any such area. Note: This policy also applies to the use of electronic smoking devices.

Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone on arrival?

You do not need to print your ticket. As long as you can show the eTicket on your phone, our stewards will be able to scan you in.

Is there WiFi available?

WiFi is available free of charge at the Kia Oval. Use ‘_The Cloud’ to gain access.

Where is the nearest cash point?

Please note, a cashless system is in place at all outlets and bars. The nearest cashpoint is outside the Post Office on Kennington Road (5-minute walk from The Kia Oval).

Is parking available?

No. Parking is not available on-site at The Kia Oval for this fixture.
