The ballot for 2025 international tickets at the Kia Oval saw over 90,000 applicants request just over one million tickets – a record for a non-Ashes year.
The men’s Test between England and India was the most popular event with around 75,000 people registering to purchase tickets for the match up between two teams full of global superstars and exciting talent.
2025 saw 90,645 applicants in the ballot, surpassing the 2024 total of 69,574 entrants as the previous highest non-Ashes year.
The Women’s IT20 between England and India has proved popular as part of a trend of increasing interest in the women’s game. 16,011 entrants requested tickets, the highest number of people interested in purchasing tickets for a women’s international at the ground.
Just over 62,000 tickets have been sold during the Surrey Members’ priority window with the Men’s Test Match the most in demand fixture – more than 12,000 ahead of the ballot last year.
All ballot winners will be notified today (Monday 19 November) and will be able to purchase tickets from Tuesday 20 November until 5PM on Friday 29 November before tickets are released for General Sale. Those who have been successful in the ballot will receive an email tomorrow informing them when they are able to purchase their tickets.
